Supported Database Types

Introduction

When choosing to automatically generate table structure design, the system currently supports database structure design for mysql, postgresql, sqlserver, oracle, dm, kingbase, gbase, and tidb types. You can select the appropriate database type according to project needs to generate suitable table structures.

Type

  1. Select the corresponding type, then click "Automatic Table Structure Design". The system will automatically parse the required tables, fields, and table structure information based on your needs.

Type Description:

  • MySQL: Supports multiple operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, and macOS, and is commonly used in small and medium-sized applications and web development due to its easy-to-use characteristics. MySQL uses standard SQL language for data operations and has good community support and rich documentation resources.

  • MariaDB: Is an open-source relational database management system that is largely compatible with MySQL. As a relational database, MariaDB uses tables to store data and supports data operations and management through SQL (Structured Query Language). Additionally, MariaDB introduces various improvements and new features, such as better performance, new storage engines, and advanced database security options, distinguishing it from MySQL and providing users with more functionality and flexibility.

  • PostgreSQL: Supports multiple advanced features, such as transaction integrity, Multi-Version Concurrency Control (MVCC), JSON data types, and custom functions, making it very suitable for application scenarios requiring high performance and complex data processing. The design goal of PostgreSQL is to provide high reliability and stability, so it also has extensive usage in enterprise applications.

  • SQL Server: Mainly runs on Windows platforms, but gradually supports Linux and containerized deployment. It provides comprehensive database management functions, including data warehouse, analysis services, and reporting services, suitable for large enterprises and complex business scenarios. SQL Server provides graphical management tools (such as SQL Server Management Studio) and powerful integration capabilities, widely used in enterprise information construction.

  • Oracle: Known for its powerful performance, reliability, security, and scalability, suitable for ultra-large-scale data processing needs. Oracle supports distributed database architecture, advanced optimizer, partitioned tables, and other functions, widely used in critical industries such as finance, telecommunications, and government. Although its cost is relatively high, its functionality and stability make it the first choice for many enterprises.

  • DM Database (DM): Compatible with various international mainstream database standards while being optimized for Chinese market demands. DM Database supports high concurrency, large data volume processing, and multiple security mechanisms, widely used in government, military, energy, and other fields.

  • Kingbase Database: Provides high compatibility with international mainstream databases such as Oracle and SQL Server, supporting various application scenarios such as transaction processing and data analysis. Kingbase Database focuses on security, stability, and usability, playing an important role in domestic substitution.

  • GBase: Focuses on big data analysis and transaction processing fields. It is divided into multiple versions, such as GBase 8a (MPP architecture, suitable for data analysis) and GBase 8s (transaction processing), able to meet different scenario needs. GBase has wide applications in industries such as finance and telecommunications, especially prominent in scenarios requiring massive data processing.

  • TiDB: Is an open-source distributed NewSQL database. It combines the advantages of traditional relational databases and NoSQL databases, supporting horizontal scaling, strong consistency, and distributed transactions. TiDB is compatible with MySQL protocol, seamlessly integrating into existing MySQL ecosystems, suitable for application scenarios requiring high availability and elastic scaling, such as internet e-commerce and real-time analysis.
